Bonjour!
We are responding to a long-term call to France. After an initial year (2021-2022) volunteering here in the southeast, our work ahead includes 1. improving our French language proficiency as we aim to further 2. integrate into and 3. serve our local community and church here.
Even just one year into a long-term endeavor, and in the midst of the gradual process of integration, we have been encouraged and pleasantly surprised by how useful, welcomed, and valued we’ve felt in our French township as well as in the local church.
As non-natives to France, we expect to be ever-learning about the place and people. We also aim to be ever-discerning what God is up to here among our neighbors of various ethnic and faith backgrounds. We seek to maintain this learning posture going forward.
We invite you to prayerfully ask if God is inviting you to join our support team. Equally, we invite your questions and relationship as we seek to be stewards of what God has given us to manage here on earth.
